As a local business, we believe that sport plays a vital role in building confidence, teamwork, and opportunity for young people. So when the opportunity came to support a girls’ football team in our own community it felt like the perfect way to give something back.
AFC Norton Woodseats was founded in 2016 and are based at Olive Grove Sports Club in Heeley. The club operates as a non-profit, volunteer-led group with teams ranging from under-7s to under-16s, serving children from Norton, Woodseats, Greenhill and surrounding areas.
Grassroots clubs rely on the hard work of volunteers and the backing of local businesses. Sponsorship opportunities like this help to cover essential costs, from kit and equipment to training resources. For us, supporting the U16 Girls side is also an opportunity to help the growth of girls’ and women’s football across the district, opening doors for more young people to stay active, build skills, and feel part of a team.

Our sponsorship of AFC Norton Woodseats follows on from our ongoing sponsorship of rising Sheffield Muay Thai stars, Roman and Riley and partnering with the team is a natural fit: a local club built by local people, creating opportunities for local children. We’re delighted our name will be on the shirts this season and we’ll be cheering the team on all the way.
